Many of us spend time on keeping our bodies fit and healthy. So, what can we do to keep our mind performing at its best? Neuroscience research shows that specific activities boost cognitive functioning, well-being and longevity.

The Brain Boost programme explores the science behind these activities. Going a step further, we look at how to implement them. Habits aren’t easy to maintain. Everyone’s lives are busy. The key is to be realistic: start small and be consistent, making small adjustments to boost performance. By integrating healthy incremental habits over time adds up and makes a big difference to our lives.
